 HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. 

If you don’t receive an order confirmation e­mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We process and send all orders off within 24 – 48 hours of receipt.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PARCEL?

Yes! You will receive an email confirming that your item has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number for your parcel.
